About Us

About Our League
Who We Are?
NAGS is a recreational softball league open to girls ages 4–16 in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding communities. We welcome players of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.
Our seasons run twice a year: Fall (August–November) and Spring (February–early May). All players must be registered prior to preseason player evaluations to ensure proper team placement.
Teams typically hold 1–2 practices per week (6U and above), with most games scheduled on weekends. Occasional weekday games may be scheduled for makeups. Each season concludes with a playoff tournament for all divisions.
Our 12U and 16U teams may also participate in inter-league play, competing against teams from neighboring leagues.
To maintain a safe and supportive environment, all managers, assistant coaches, and team moms are required to complete a background check.
NAGS is a volunteer-driven organization, and we always welcome and appreciate community involvement.
Our Mission
To inspire athletes and fans by promoting teamwork, discipline, and community pride through the game of baseball.
Our Vision
To be a leading community-driven league that nurtures talent, grows the sport, and unites people across generations.
Our Values
Respect. Strength. Unity.
These values guide us both on and off the field.
